Hampton Court Palace is a fabulous location to visit. It is located on East Molesey in Surrey. You will enjoy this location for its beautiful architecture. The Palace itself is one that is associated with Henry VIII. In fact, it is the oldest of the remaining Tudor Palaces left in England today. It is well worth the visit and will amaze any type of visitor that comes to it. The Palace was started in 1520’s when the location was literally changed from nothing more than a farm into an estate to fit a king. To make this happen, Henry VIII spent more than the equivalent of 18 million in designing it into the beautiful estate that it is today.
All of Henry VIII’s wives stayed at this Palace. As a tourist you can come into the Palace and tour its beauty. You will be able to see the State Apartments that Henry VIII himself enjoyed. Also, look at the huge Tudor kitchens still in tact. Take a walk around over 60 acres of beautiful, lush gardens. Of course, you will need to spend a bit of time in the famous maze that is located at Hampton Court Palace. This location should be on every tourist attraction list out there.
