1. All successful reservations made on Searchforhotels.com will be directly confirmed by email directly to the email address that has been provided by the client.

3. Searchforhotels.com is authorized to cancel your booking within 72 hours after booking date. In case of cancellations by Searchforhotels.com, Searchforhotels.com will do its outmost to find you a similar hotel accommodation of the same quality and price classification, but shall not be held liable should it fails to do so.

4. Your reservation is made directly with your chosen Hotel. By confirming your reservation with Searchforhotels.com you are entering into a contract with the Hotel.

5. Unless otherwise stated in the room description, your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking with the hotel. No monies will be deducted from your credit card account at the booking stage. Full payment of your booking has to be done directly with the hotel upon the check-in procedure at the reserved hotel. You may choose to settle your account in cash, with the credit card used upon booking or even with another credit card, providing the credit card type is acceptable to the hotel.

6. Should you wish to cancel your reservation with Searchforhotels.com, you can do so by surfing to /mybooking/ and enter your booking reference number along with the pin number. Please take into account that date of arrival starts at 0:00 AM. Any cancellations received later than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no show fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.

7. All hotel bookings issued on Searchforhotels.com will be issued with a Booking Reference Number that you will receive in the confirmation email of your booking. Room rate quotations at the time of securing your booking on Searchforhotels.com, is the price which you will pay for your accommodation(unless otherwise stated, prices are excluded breakfast and city tax of 5%). Any discrepancies should be addressed to . It is your responsibility for paying in full for any ancillary services that the hotel provides, which are not explicitly covered by the quoted Searchforhotels.com room rate (e.g. Room service, mini bar use etc.)

9. Should you as a client decide to alter the arrangements within the contract made with the hotel, the hotel will do its best to accommodate such arrangements, but shall not be held liable should it fail to do so.

10.Searchforhotels.com sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory. Searchforhotels.com does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling the hotel’s own room inventory.

11. Hotel rates are denominated in the currency of the country you are visiting, rates in other currencies are estimates based on various publicly available sources and are not updated daily.
