Hotel Orfeo is THE address of Amsterdam’s gay hotels and is exceptionally popular with people from around the world, some of whom have been visiting us since we opened in 1969. We offer single, double, twin and triple rooms. Some have shower and toilet en suite and others have shared shower and toilet. All rooms have private telephone, cable TV, private safe, mini bar. All guests receive their own keys so they can come and go as they please. Room prices include a full Dutch-style breakfast untill 11:00.
Hotel Orfeo is very centrally located and is close to the bars, discos and saunas. The Orfeo is also within a short walk to Amsterdam's major art museums: the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh museum, and the Stedelijk museum. Guests can also find the Holland Casino, the City Theater (where first run movies play), and other smaller cinemas nearby. There is also Vondel Park, the Jordaan and many other picturesque neighborhoods also with in walking distance.
