European Apartments Reservations offers for vacation periods something different. All these different types of accommodation are centrally located inside the Amsterdam zone 5700 = 'centre Amsterdam' in the residential area, maximum 3 kilometres from the heart of the city.
These apartments are only available a few weeks per year for sub-letting to tourists when the residents renting and living in the apartment are out of town or sleeping in another apartment.
Priority is to let the "Apartments" monthly for residency.
These apartments are NOT a hotel or guest-house or bed-and-breakfast. You sub-let direct from the tenants, not from the owners. You get your own keys. Housekeeping is available to serve you with cleaning service.

Please note:
- A valid credit card is required for making a reservation on this website, but European Apartments Reservations also requires a refundable key deposit.
- European Apartments Reservations will send you an extra email with an explanation as to how to pay the key deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email within 24 hours.
- To guarantee your reservation, guests have to make a down payment/key deposit within 24 hours (Last Minute within 4 hours) after having received the PAYPAL e-mail money request. No down payment = no reservation.
- The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and leave the accommodation and cooking equipment in a clean condition.
- You drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure.
After your key deposit is received, European Apartments Reservations will send a receipt and route instructions to the accommodation. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection.
- No credit cards are accepted for payments (only for making the reservation). Payments can be done in cash when you collect the keys or by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival.
- The paid deposit will be returned when cancelled in time (7 days prior to the arrival date). In case of a no show or late cancellation this deposit is non-refundable.

Children and extra beds: All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to 2 years and older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 - EUR 45,00 per night and person for an extra bed. The maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Extra beds are upon request and need to be confirmed by the lessees. Baby cots are not available. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the apartment.

You can go to the Taxi-stand outside the shoppingmall. Go to a TCA-taxi; Inform the driver that you are a group-booking with European Apartments in Holendrechtstraat ( postal-code 1078TT ). All TCA-taxis have order to bring up to maximum 7 persons for Euro 33,00 ( including luggage ) to reception Holendrechtstraat.
Euro 33,00 is a fixed price..
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations for European Apartments Reservations have to be cancelled 7 days before arrival date. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Every booked room which is not cancelled in time, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night by the hotel. Your credit card details are therefore only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and will not be charged by SearchForHotels.com. Payments have to be made to the hotel.
A different cancellation policy may apply in case of group bookings or if the room description on the website states differently.
