European Apartments Reservations

Affordable spacious accommodation in Amsterdam, 10 minutes by 24 hour running public transport from the shopping centre and nightlife. These apartments are close to all main spots but it is not on Dam Square. Rai-congress centre is only 3 stops with public transport.

Priority is to let the "Apartments" monthly for residency for longer then 6 months.


Tourists sublet from the hosts 1 or 2 or more rooms inside there residents-apartments. The hosts use during your stay the other rooms and the 2e/3e bath-room + the main-kitchen-room. You have the maximum of privacy. You get your own set keys and your own shower + toilet + kitchenette.

The accommodation is self-catering. Your hosts offer cleaning service after your stay.

New Regulations Counsel Amsterdam:
- Maximum 4 tourist can stay in one Bed- & Breakfast or in one Apartment that rent rooms commercial more then 140 days a year.
  The host need to live in 2 extra private rooms.
- More then 4 persons can stay in Amsterdam only legal in one not-commercial apartment when the host are really living in the other rooms and if tourist can stay less then 140 days a year.
The private belongings of your hosts have to be stored in one of the rooms if the host are on vacation.
- More then 10 persons in one apartment are not allowed.
- For 9-10 persons you have to rent minimum 2 bath-rooms. .
- Maximum 8 persons can use 1 bathroom + 1 kitchen.

For legal accommodation of 8 persons and more you have to rent rooms in different apartments in the same complex.
2 hosts can rent maximum to 8 tourists = 10 persons in the apartment.

Private apartments for 6-10 people are only available a few times per year when the hosts are on vacation.

Please note:
- A valid credit card is required for making a reservation on this website, but European Apartments Reservations also requires a refundable key deposit.
- European Apartments Reservations will send you an extra email with an explanation as to how to pay the key deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email within 24 hours.
- To guarantee your reservation, guests have to make a down payment/key deposit within 24 hours (Last Minute within 4 hours) after having received the PAYPAL e-mail money request. No down payment = no reservation.
- The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and leave the accommodation and cooking equipment in a clean condition.
- You drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure.
- After your key deposit is received, European Apartments Reservations will send a receipt and route instructions to the accommodation. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection.
- No credit cards are accepted for payments (only for making the reservation). Payments can be done in cash when you collect the keys. We prefer you pay by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival.
- The paid deposit will be returned when cancelled in time (7 days prior to the arrival date). In case of a no show or late cancellation this deposit is non-refundable.
