Amsterdam Apartments Alexander’s offers you accommodation in the center of Amsterdam, capital of the Netherlands also known as Holland. Our company rents out short term self-catering accommodations but we are definitely not a hotel. We are not offering extra service. Just a great alternative for visitors and expats who want to feel at home. Stay in a private studio, condominium, flat or a multiple room private apartment , you will find this a perfect alternative for staying in a hotel, inn, pension or guesthouse. All accommodations that we offer you have kitchen facilities. You may not want to book a youth hostel to have the availability of a kitchen? Alexander’s self-catered apartments have the bed and breakfast feel, home away from home and offer value for money.
Characteristic Amsterdam housing. In most cases not luxurious but cozy and convenient, two star level. Traditional Dutch housing, including flights of stairs (no elevator). The ‘real thing’ where ‘Amsterdammers’ live. Also a few ground floor studio's and apartments available.

- Upfront invoicing and payment by bank transfer before arrival is possible.
- Late arrival policy: € 25 after 21:00 hrs. €25 extra for every single hour after midnight (there is no 24 hour reception desk)
- Silence in the house after midnight. Only one homecoming allowed after midnight.
After booking:
Please check your e-mail for a confirmation of Alexander's and check at which of the locations you have been booked. This is also the place where you will be expected to check-in. In this mail you will also find a detailed route description by public or private transport. Communicate your expected time of arrival please with your booking or at least 24 hours before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations for Amsterdam Apartments Alexanders have to be cancelled 7 days before arrival date. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Every booked room which is not cancelled in time, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night by the hotel. Your credit card details are therefore only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and will not be charged by SearchForHotels.com. Payments have to be made to the hotel.
A different cancellation policy may apply in case of group bookings or if the room description on the website states differently.
